My career has developed across both technology and physical operations — from hotel IT and communication systems to facility management, technical operations and multi-property responsibility.
I have managed teams and suppliers, building and technical infrastructure, IT and AV environments, CAPEX and OPEX, maintenance programmes, energy initiatives, refurbishments and operational projects.
This combination allows me to see a property from more than one perspective: the building, the technology, the operation and the people who depend on all three.
